Online expert Nicola Cairncross – see  says I should give you more food photos, so here are a few for a start: Raw Mexican delights – Dehydrated Corn Tortillas with home grown sprouts and greens, Red Pepper Salsa, Guacamole and Sunflower Sour Cream Garnished with carrot stars A robin tries raw vegan and approves!
