In 2008, after years of teaching and personal development work, Judy Barber, author of coaching classic “Good Question! The Art of Asking Questions to Bring About Positive Change”, took her life-long kitchen love affair and passion for natural healing to Florida to train as a Health Educator at the Hippocrates Health Institute. She learned about raw living foods, while gaining profoundly improved wellness herself. Since then, Judy has created these recipes and continues to love the challenge of conjuring up healthful dishes that look nearly as good as they taste. This food sustains her and brings joy.
